The 2nd and final part of the Wexford mystery from 1992. As the only survivor of a family massacre leaves hospital to return to the family home, Wexford puts out all security to protect the only witness to the shooting. And he also has to work out whether their chief suspect - found dead at the end of the previous episode - committed suicide, or was murdered. As tension increases in the case to solve it, there is yet another twist as another murder is committed - but who was the intended target?
