An Unkindness of Ravens (1990)

The 10th mystery from the Inspector Wexford series from 1990. A woman reports her husband as missing, but when Wexford hears about his character he is less than concerned. For it seems Rodney Williams is an unsavory chap and a notorious womaniser, so Wexford puts it down to him having left his wife. However, things take a darker turn when a man is attacked by a hooded stranger with a knife at a bus stop, and when they discover the missing man dead in the woods it turns into a murder inquiry as sinister as it is perplexing... This is from an old video tape, so apologies inadvance for any picture quality issues there may be. I have most of the Wexford mysteries, but a few of the videos of these I came across via the account of Paul Goodard on Youtube, where I had the sense to save them when I originally just downloaded them to have on DVD for my own viewing pleasure. This is one of Paul's video uploads, and sadly since his uploads they have been blocked on there, so it was fortunate that I still had these.
