Episode 6 of 26. Young Jolyon spots Philip Bosinney with Irene Fosyte in the park and tells his father about it. He advises Young Jolyon to talk to Bosinney about his behaviour as they try to prevent gossip from reaching June's ears. However, Soames is getting increasingly tired of Bosinney's spiralling costs in building his home and when he hears of the rumours about him and his wife, his anger and frustration spills out with devastating consequences to their marriage... Starring Kenneth More, Joseph O'Connor, Eric Porter, Nyree Dawn Porter, John Bennett, June Barry, Lana Morris, John Welch, Bart Allison and Clifford Parrish. This is from old video tapes, so apologies in advance for any glitches there may be. This is the famous episode that caused a lot of controversy and debate as Soames finally loses his cool with Irene over her affair, with devastating results.
