Episode 25: Fleur discovers when she goes to have her portrait painted by Harold Blade that Jon and his wife are also having their portraits painted and plots to arrange a sitting so she can meet Jon again in her desperate bid to rekindle their love affair. But Michael, already involved with the slum rebuilding plans, is becoming ever suspicious about her feelings towards Jon. Val Dartie, meanwhile, is having financial problems after his racehorse he owns falls ill, and discovers that his old school pal Stainford is not a friend indeed...
