We begin with the sugarcane harvest. The sugarcane is pressed to produce a juice called Guarapo. Guarapo is heated to produce Sugarcane Honey. Sugarcane honey is mixed with pure spring water & yeast to start fermentation. The liquid is heated distilled & condensed to obtain aguardiente. Aguardiente is aged & purified then aged again to develop it's aromas & flavours. Our Maestros Del Ron Cubano select the best aged liquids to craft the perfect Havana Club 3 blend.
