еда — не просто топливо. Сбалансированный рацион — это основа для роста уровня энергии, работы со здоровьем и, конечно, с формой.
Поэтому мы смотрим на рацион шире: из еды можно закрывать все (или почти все) потребности в макронутриентах, витаминах и минералах. А также выстроить рацион так, чтобы он помогал добиваться твоих целей, связанных с телом и самочувствием. Физикл в том числе об этом.
