Voyage to the Planet of Prehistoric Women is a 1968 US science fiction adventure film. It features Mamie Van Doren, Mary Marr, Paige Lee, and Gennadi Vernov. Astronauts landing on Venus encounter dangerous creatures and almost meet some sexy Venusian women who like to sunbathe in hip-hugging skin-tight slacks and seashell bras. The Roger Corman Russian Sci-Fi Collection (1962-1968) In the mid-1960's producer Roger Corman purchased the US rights to a handful of Soviet science-fiction films: Planeta Bur (Planet of Storms, 1962), The Sky Beckons (Nebo Zovyot, 1959) and A Dream Come True (Mechte Navstrechu, 1963). From these three Corman fashioned four "new" films: Queen of Blood (1966), Battle Beyond the Sun (1959), Voyage to the Prehistoric Planet (1965) and Voyage to the Planet of Prehistoric Women (1968).
