Vitaly Mutko is a Russian politician, Minister of Sport, Tourism and Youth policy of Russia.
Mutko was previously president of the Russian side FC Zenit Saint Petersburg, and then of the Russian Football Union.
The Minister of sport Vitaly Mutko spoke English with Western journalists. A brief conversation took place in Zurich on the opening day of the FIFA Congress. Journalists crowded around arrived for the event at the headquarters of the organization of the Russian Minister and began to ask him questions in English.

On the question of whether he will vote in the upcoming elections of the head of FIFA’s Sepp Blatter, Mutko started to reply in a mixture of English and Russian languages.
This is not the first attempt of the Russian sports Minister to speak English. In 2010 Mutko gave a speech in English during the elections of the host country of the 2018 world Cup.
