This time, I grew watercress from seeds using multi-layer baskets. I mixed the seeds with soil and clay soil, then attached the mixture to the sides of the baskets. This method helps save growing space, allowing us to grow more watercress in the same area. It also means the watercress plants receive less direct sunlight.
