Cody and Brett discover Debbie's secret food hoard in her bedroom. Debbie is in hospital for tests on why she collapsed with her parents still clueless about what's in her bedroom, but Debbie is desperate to leave. Doug Willis confides in Lou Carpenter about his worries over his recent medical tests. Meanwhile Cody's husband Drew turns up as he plans for divorce, but there is another reason why he is there... However, the long running eating disorder with Debbie Martin here sees her friends discover her food hoard while Debbie is still in denial. Interestingly, Marnie Reece-Wilmore came up with the suggestion for this storyline to producers after she came back from the Christmas break having lost weight and so many people commented on it. She thought how some teens might get self conscious by comments, so put the suggestion to producers who took opportunity of her weight loss to set the story in motion. Now you know. Anyway, enjoy.
