The Adventures of Blinky Bill 1993 S01E07 (Requested)

Episode: Blinky Breaks the Drought. The dingoes steal the carrots that Blinky and his friends were helping to grow. After they are replanted the river mysteriously dries up and Blinky believes the dingoes are behind it. Is he correct? How will he stop them?
