Bir arkeoloji profesörünün kazılar esnasında bulduğu altın yatağı etrafında gelişen olaylar anlatılır. Profesör Simith, tanınmış bir arkeoloji profesörüdür. Birçok ülkeden tarihi eser kaçırmayı başaran biridir. Yeni işi ise Türkiye’de yaptığı arkeolojik kazılar esnasında bulduğu altın yatağıdır. Buradaki altınları bir pilot aracılığıyla Londra’ya kaçırmak niyetindedir. Fakat işler planladığı gibi gitmez. Pilotun altınları Londra’ya ulaştırmadığını öğrenir. Bunun üzerine profesör daha önce de beraber çalıştığı Panter‘den yardım ister. Ayrıca mafya da altınların peşindedir. Maskeli Şeytan ve arkadaşı Feri, tesadüfen kendilerini olayların içinde bulurlar.
