Whisky Coca Cola - Balkan Fanatic

This video still needs explanation but do not expect any from me. I only understand Whisky and Coca Cola from what they are singing and only see the fanatic balcan guy in dancing with the synthesizer in the background and doing weird things. Besides I only know that I want to dance like him. NOW!
