I fell in love with you Greece🇬🇷 The white tower in Thessaloniki (Greek Λευκός Πύργος) is an architectural monument and a museum in the coastal area of Thessaloniki, Greece. The tower, though called "white", has the color of buffalo skin. It is located on Victory Street (οδος Νικις) on the shore of the Gulf of Termaikos Aegean Sea. It houses the Byzantine Museum, it is one of the main attractions of the city. Initially built by the Turks as a defensive structure, the White Tower became a notorious prison and a place of mass executions.
