Sanghat (1996)

Rituparna becomes a widow within six months of her marriage. She returns to her father's house, but her life is never the same. She takes up a part-time job and starts acting as an amateur. After reaching the peak of her acting career, she gives up all hopes in a sudden accident. During this time, playwright Mrinalkanthi offers her to direct a play.
