This is a custom-made sports jacket made for teams, schools, clubs, and retailers. The outer shell is made from recycled polyester (strong and water-resistant). Inside we use a soft organic-cotton blend lining for comfort. Jackets can be made plain black (as in the video) or with stripes, badges, and embroidery. Stitching is reinforced at stress points so the jacket lasts many seasons. We make small or bulk orders for school teams, sports clubs, shops, and distributors. High-stress areas (shoulder, pocket, zipper): bar-tack reinforcement. Hem and cuffs: elastic or ribbed knit (elastic hem shown in the picture can be used). Collar: stand-up or ribbed knit with top-stitching. Pockets: side welt or zip pockets with reinforced stitching. Badge/logo: embroidery or appliqué sewn with satin stitch for long life.
