The city of Krakow and its inhabitants are in danger. They are threatened by a Dragon, which, however, does not look at all like the legendary monster. This is a pumped-up and tattooed Adolf Kamchatkov and his huge flying car. The dragon is a big fan of beautiful polkas, whom he kidnaps and keeps in his hiding place in one of the country villas. He kidnaps a girl, Olya, with whom a young genius, a designer of Nanny robots, is in love. The city authorities are helpless, no one knows how to stop the Dragon. Just like in a fairy tale, the guy figures out how to outsmart the monster, fortunately, having access to technologies much more advanced than those available to Shevchik Dratevka.
