Dick Barton: Special Agent is a British television adventure drama series that aired on ITV in 1979. The series follows the adventures of ex-Commando Captain Richard Barton MC who, with his mates Jock Anderson and Snowy White, solve all sorts of crimes, escape from dangerous situations, and save the nation from disaster time and time again. The Great Tobacco Conspiracy (A1P8): Just demobbed after an eventful six years in the army, Dick Barton and Snowey White are finding civilian life somewhat tame, when Barton receives a telephone call from an old friend, Sir Richard Marley, asking them to look into the disappearance of his daughter Virginia and son Rex. It features Tony Vogel, Anthony Heaton, Fiona Fullerton, and John Gatrell.
