Dial 999 is a British television crime drama series that aired on ITV from 1958 to 1959. Detective Inspector Mike Maguire (Robert Beatty) is a Royal Canadian Mounted Policeman posted to New Scotland Yard. Episode 17 features Robert Beatty, Eddie Byrne, Peter Illing, and Russell Napier. A gang tries to kill one of its members but a policeman gets shot by mistake.
