Alex Kingston - QC Cream drink (1993)

Alex Kingston in an advert for QC Cream drink from 1993. Alex started acting in 1980, making her debut in Grange Hill as bully Jill Harcourt. Amazingly she didn't find fame until 1996, struggling by on bit parts before double success in TV dramas The Knock, and then the lead role in raunchy period drama Moll Flanders (aka The Fortunes and Misfortunes of Moll Flanders). Those roles shot her to fame, and led to roles in TV series ER and the film Croupier (both 1997). Shows what can happen if you just persevere!
