Chavutti - Indian Rope Massage

This is Ania demonstrating Chavutti Thirumal, the Indian rope massage that comes from Kerala. This system of massage was developed for soothe the muscles of martial artists and dancers, and is a really strong sports massage. As far as we know, we're the only ones offering it in Norwich, Norfolk, and the whole of the East of England! The video was shot in one take, with Ania's husband James as the willing massage subject. We filmed it all on an iPhone 6, which we gaffer taped to a bookshelf. The edits, including zooms were all done using Screenflow on a Macbook Pro.
