As usual this is an off the cuff loose track where I try to discuss my thoughts on the film while detailing production history with insight on character and individual scenes as the film unspools. I always do a rough sync after my introduction so you can play along with a copy of the film. Depending on which version you're running the opening logos may be a bit different so I only start talking when the gunbarrel first appears. The poster art I have chosen this time around for the title card is from the original USA half sheet design which retains the black starry background of the one sheet.
