Pour 50 ml of oil and 100 grams of ground beef into a pan and fry for 2 minutes.
Pour 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour the grated tomatoes, black pepper, chili peppers, ground red pepper, mint, barley noodles, 1 teaspoon salt, and mix well.
Pour 1.5 liters of hot water and boil for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
