Ukraine: just the way it is

This video shows Ukraine in all its facets. On the one hand, the country is incredibly rich in natural resources and beauty, with booming cities and a flourishing culture. On the other hand, the tragic history of the Ukrainian people continues to this day. We have to keep fighting for our independence, our freedom and our future. Ukrainians are giving their lives for the same values that other Europeans receive at birth and take for granted. We got rid of our oligarchic tyrants – but they were replaced by new oligarchs; we fought for our integrety and sovereignty – but our government couldn't defend it; the whole world watches as we struggle against our aggressive neighbour. There is no doubt that we will win. We have our faces turned towards the West, and this time we will not allow ourselves to go astray.
