In Search of Duduk... Master Player, Martin Ghazaryan Part 1

ARMENIAN DUDUK SIRETSI YARIS TARAN (They Took My Beloved Away) Searching for Martin Ghazaryan prompted me to prepare and post this clip, so if one knows of his whereabouts to let me know. I have been trying to locate him for the past 3 years with no success. I believe, he has made a recording of an audio CD in Chelyabinsk of Russia to the best of my knowledge ! He plays Duduk, like no one I ever heard; and I have heard almost everything. In my opinion, he could be considered one of the masters of duduk in the world and a playing spirit only equal to master Djivan Gasparyan(Jivan Gasparian). It is a shame that such a talented master Duduk player goes unnoticed, unknown and nowhere to be found ! I only have a 10 track audio CD dated 2003, recorded somewhere in Russia, perhaps Chelyabinsk ! A CD cover in Russian titled "Duduk Sings", AND HIS DOES, MIND YOU ! Arranged by Narek Gegamyan, Accordion by Armen Janikyan, drums by Vahan Gegamyan, sound director, Ruslan Bajhok. When I first heard this CD in a little outfit downtown Yerevan, I could not believe my ears; the sound was heavenly...
