Leaders of Korea， Uzbekistan discuss cooperation in infrastructure， North Korea

President Park Geun－hye is meeting with Uzbek President Islam Karimov at her office on Thursday，...seeking ways to boost cooperative ties between the two countries. The two leaders will discuss increasing participation of Korean firms in the Cental Asian country′s industrial modernization and infrastructure development projects. They will also check up on follow－up measures to agreements made during President Park′s visit to Tashkent last June，.... and talk about how they can work together to set a foundation for peaceful unification on the Korean Peninsula. The presidential office in Seoul says the Uzbek leader′s state visit will help the two countries upgrade their strategic partnership.
