The Metropolitan Police has got a new boss. Cressida Dick has been described as an exceptional leader with a clear vision for the future. But her appointment as Commissioner hasn't been without criticism. She was the commander of the operation that led to the fatal shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes in 2005.
