Chest Workout:
1.) Bench Press: 5 sets of 5 reps (same weight)
2.) Incline Dumbbell Press: 6, 8 ,10, 12 (weight from heavy to light)
3.) Incline Bench Press: 4 sets of 12 reps (same weight)
4.)Standing Cable Flye: 6 sets of 12 reps (same weight)
5.) Incline Dumbbell Flye: 4 sets of 12 reps(weight increase)
6.) Dips/ Dumbbell Pullovers: 4 sets of failure/ 12
7.) Standing Cable Press: 3 sets of 20 reps(same weight)
8.) V-Bar Tricep Pushdown: 4 sets of 12 reps(weight increase)
