1 zucchini 3 potatoes 1 garlic 1 onion 1 cup carrots 1 cup celery 1 cup mushrooms 3 bell peppers 1 ginger 1 can of sardines 1 pack of tofu 1 liter of vegetable broth 2 jalapeño small peppers 1 cup Korean fermented bean paste
Chop everything in to big pieces. Put everything except tofu and bean paste in a pot and let it boil for 10-15 mins until you can smash potatoes with a spoon. Everything should be half way ready. Add tofu. Mix bean paste with a little bit of water until it is liquid and easy to mix in to a soup without smashing all the ingredients. Give everything a gentle stir, turn off the heat, close lid and let it sit over night.
