🔹Ingredients🔹
✔Warm water - 150 ml
✔Fast-acting dry yeast - 4 g
✔Salt - 1/2 tsp
✔Sugar - 1 tsp
✔Odorless vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
✔ Wheat flour - 250 g
🕒 Bake at 170°C/320°F for 25-30 minutes on average. Then flip the bread over and bake at 180°C/356°F for another 7-10 minutes.
🟥I use a Xiaomi Air Fryer Essential 6L EU, with one top heating element and 1500 W power. The bowl size is 21 x 21 cm. The exact cooking time in the air fryer depends on the model and its features.
❗Notes ❗
✅Depending on the quality of the flour, you may need slightly more or less. Knead the dough until it is very soft and kneads well, until it becomes elastic and releases easily from your hands.
✅If your air fryer has two heating elements, one on top and one on the bottom, you don't need to flip the bread.
