A new study suggests that a few glasses of wine a week may help protect against type 2 diabetes. This isn’t the first study to find a link between drinking moderately—having up to 7 drinks a week for women and up to 14 drinks a week for men—and a reduced diabetes risk, compared to not drinking at all.
