The video is shown new energy commercial vehicle production line from CRRC designed by Duoyuan. We designed the layout of the workshop for the customers, providing the vehicle assembly line construction plan, help customers do Installation and Commissioning, and can carry out technical training for the operation technician according to the customers’ needs. The whole welding workshop is a flexible design, with a total of 20 KUKA robots used for the welding of important auto parts, which can enable the factory to realize digital, lean and green production. There are 4 robots in this robot workstation, which are responsible for the welding of parts in 8 stations. Therefore, there are not many workers in such a large workshop.
