If you have paid for OKs through a terminal, but they have not been credited to your account within 24 hours of making the payment, please contact the Support Service on our website.
You only need to fill in all the fields in the request form, and attach a copy of the payment receipt for which the OKs have not been credited. The Customer Support Team will follow it up and sort everything out.
