    In accordance with the agreements we have with game developers, technical support is provided on the developer side. If you would like to report an error in a game, please contact the developer's technical support service. To contact the developer's technical support service:
    1. open the game (app);
    2. click "more" under the game (app);
    3. click "Help" in the menu that appears;
    4. follow the instructions.
    Complete information on the game (app) is also listed on the developer's group page. You can find the developer's group by clicking "Official group."

  • My friends are receiving invitations to games from me, but I never invited them!
    It's possible that third parties have gained access to your profile and sent these invitations to your friends on your behalf. For security reasons, we recommend that you immediately change the passwords to your OK. RU profile and to your e-mail. Here are two simple steps to help prevent you from running into a similar situation in the future:
    1. when clicking OK.RU links, always check your browser's address bar. Our web pages always contain the domain name ok.ru. If you click a link that leads you to a third-party website, never enter your OK.RU username and password on it;
    2. run regular scans of your computer with the latest version of your antivirus software.

  • How do I stop getting game and app invitations?
    To stop getting game and app invitations:
    1. click "Settings" under your main profile picture;
    2. go to the "Privacy settings" section;
    3. select the option that works for you in the "Invite me to games" line;
    4. click "Save" to confirm.
    Note that if your profile is closed, it will be re-opened after the new privacy settings have been saved. Sign up for the service again to close your profile.

  • How do I turn game notifications on and off?
    If you don't want to receive notifications from games that your friends need your help with or, on the other hand, you miss these notifications and want them back:
    1. Open the desired game or application;
    2. Click "Information about the game" under the game;
    3. In the window that appears, click "Turn on/off";

  • OKs haven't arrived in a game
    • If you transferred previously bought OKs from your profile and they haven't been transferred to the game, please contact the Customer Support Team of the game/application. You can learn how to do this here;
    • If you bought OKs from a game, then first of all you should write to our Customer Support Team to check if the transfer to the website was carried out correctly.

  • OKs have been transferred to a game, but I didn't do it
    OKs are always bought with the user's consent in a game. It should be confirmed by pressing the respective button, for example: "Buy", "Exchange" or "Receive". That is why the website administration cannot help you to return OKs from a game. We recommend you always check what action you confirm in a game or application.
