  • How do I get OKs?
    At the moment we have 4 ways you can use to add OKs:
    • mobile phone;
    • bank card;
    • e-money;
    • payment terminal.

  • How do I pay using my phone?
    To pay for the OK.RU feature by text message:
    1. select "By phone" in the payment instructions;
    2. select your country;
    3. select your mobile phone carrier (click the "Change carrier" link) if you use the mobile version of the site;
    4. send a text message with the specified code to the specified number.
    Most OK.RU users can also use the PBC (pay by click) payment system. To do this:
    1. select "By phone" in the payment instruction;
    2. select your country;
    3. enter your phone number and click "Request a code";
    4. after receiving a text message with a code, enter this code in the website's payment form;
    5. click "Confirm".
    You are required to enter the confirmation code during the first payment only. Afterwards you can order different features just by clicking "Order".

  • How do I change or unlink my phone number?
    To change or unlink your phone number:
    1. open the payment instruction window;

  • How do I pay for the feature using a bank card?
    In order to pay for the feature with a bank card, you will have to specify the following in the payment instructions:
    • card number, without spaces (numbers on the front of the card);
    • expiration date;
    • CVV (3 digit code on the back of the card).
    Note that:
    • you can only pay using Visa Classic or MasterCard;
    • you can perform up to 10 transactions every 24 hours.
    • The website can remember your bank card information for your convenience. To save this information, check the "Remember this card" box next to "Pay". If you don't want to save your bank card's information, don't check the box.
      If you experience payment problems or you still haven't gained access to the feature within 24 hours of making payment, please contact our Customer Support Team.

  • Which bank cards can I use for payments?
    You can use MasterCard or Visa (except Visa Electron, which doesn't have a CVV code) as well as other cards with CVV codes issued by banks in the CIS countries, the Baltic states, Belgium, Canada, China, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and the USA.

  • Bank card payment limits
    In accordance with our agreements with the organizations providing our financial services, the following payment limits have been instituted on the site to prevent fraudulent operations:
    • number of transactions per card per 24 hours: no more than 10;
    • number of users paying with a single card: no more than 5 every 30 days;
    • number of different cards used by the same user: no more than 3 every 30 days;
    • sum of all transactions per user per 24 hours: no more than 10,000 rubles;
    • sum of all transactions per user per 30 days: no more than 30,000 rubles;
    • single transactions cannot exceed 1,000 rubles;
    • single transactions for replenishing a game account cannot exceed 3,000 rubles.

  • How can I remove my bank card?
    To remove your bank card:
    1. open the payment window;
    2. select the ""My Cards"" section;
    3. select a bank card you would like to remove;
    4. click ""Remove this card"".

  • How do I pay using a payment terminal?
    To top up your balance using a payment terminal:
    1. select the "Service payment" section in the terminal;
    2. select "Other services"or "Social network";
    3. select the payment method;
    4. click "Odnoklassniki";
    5. enter your profile username;
    6. top up your balance.
    Don't forget to account for fees that may be collected by the terminal's operator! Please note that you can use your phone number instead of your username only if your phone number has been verified in your profile settings. If you experience payment problems or you still haven't gained access to the feature within 24 hours of making payment, please contact our Customer Support Team.

  • How do I pay for features or top up my balance using e-money?
    To pay for features or top up your balance using e-money:
    1. select "E-money" in the payment instruction;
    2. select the desired type of e-money;
    3. select the number of OKs you want to buy;
    4. provide your e-mail address or phone number in the address field, depending on the type of e-money;
    5. click "Top up balance".
    Note that if you are using PayPal, you can currently make up to 3 payments in a 24-hour period.

  • How to top up my balance through the Sberbank Online application?
    To top up your balance through the application Sberbank Online, you need to register and make a payment. To register, do the following:
    1. click ""Sign up"";
    2. enter the identifier or username that you use to log in to Sberbank Online, then click ""OK"";
    3. enter a mobile code confirming your registration, and click ""OK"";
    4. come up with a code to log in to the application, then click ""OK"";
    5. re-enter the log in code and click ""OK"";
    6. enter the code from your text message to log in, then click ""OK"".
    To make a payment in the Sberbank Online application:
    1. open the application (http://ok.ru/app/sberbankonline);
    2. select ""Buy OKs"" or click the ""OKs"" button in the upper menu;
    3. choose yourself or another user in the friends list;
    4. enter the desired amount;
    5. confirm and click ""OK"";
    6. check the indicated information on the payment and click ""OK"" (if payment details are incorrect, click ""Enter Details"");
    7. enter the mobile code you have received on your phone to confirm the payment, then click ""OK"" again.
    Please note that the minimum payment amount is 10 rubles, and the maximum is 9999 rubles.
