  • How much do OKs cost?
    It's hard to definitively answer this question. The cost of one OK depends on where you live, the payment method you prefer, and in a number of cases even how many of them you would like to purchase. The simplest way to purchase OKs is via SMS, while the least expensive is via a bank card. You will learn the exact cost of the OKs after you fill out all the necessary information in the payment instruction window.

  • How do I enable the Private Profile feature?
    To activate the Private Profile feature:
    1. click "More" to the right of your profile picture, select "Settings";
    2. select "Enable Friends Only Mode" from the settings list;
    3. confirm your choice.
    If you have enough OKs in your balance when the feature is enabled, you will be prompted to pay for the feature using your OKs. Please note that this service can be activated only once. After enabling the feature, you will gain access to new settings that will let you decide which sections of your profile will be available to other users.   • What is Private Profile?
    The Private Profile service makes your profile available only to your friends. Users not on your friends list cannot send you a message, view, like or comment on your photos, post a message on your forum, etc. The only available option is sending a gift (except for free and All Inclusive gifts). To use all the features available to a Private Profile user's friend, you must become their friend.

  • Why do I have a negative balance?
    In May 2012, we introduced a new option for our users' convenience: deferred payment for OK.RU services. This feature caters, first and foremost, to those users who urgently need to send a gift or use OKs in a game app but are unable to purchase OKs at the moment. The Deferred Payment feature is activated automatically. In order to use the Deferred Payment feature, you have to meet certain requirements, which differ from user to user and throughout a single account's "lifespan". This means that we cannot say for certain when you will be able to use the Deferred Payment feature and when you won't.
    Please note that deferred payment is not the same as credit. The negative balance will be compensated when you top up your balance.

  • What do I do if I have a negative balance?
    Don't worry! A deferred payment is not the same as credit. This feature allows you to purchase gifts and game items and pay for them later. If you used this feature and now have a negative balance, all you have to do is top up your balance for the amount that equals your deferred payment, and everything will be OK! Topping up your balance is the only way to resolve the issue, since the OKs you received via the deferred payment feature have already been spent on our website or in a game.     Bonus OKs are extra OKs you receive during promotions or when you top up your balance. For example, during promotions.

  • How long is the Private Profile feature active?
    As soon as you enable the Private Profile feature, your profile will become available only to your friends.
    Note that your profile will remain private until you change your profile's privacy settings. To do this:
    1. click the thumbnail of your profile picture in the top right corner;
    2. select «Privacy» in the drop-down menu;
    3. make necessary changes to your page's privacy on the «Privacy» page;
    4. click the orange «Save» button at the bottom of the page, after which the new privacy settings will be immediately activated.
    After that, you will no longer need to pay for their unlimited use. You will be able to change these settings at any time and in any way you want!

  • Why did my profile become public?
    There is only one reason why your profile suddenly became public if you enabled the Private Profile feature. Your profile can become public only if you made changes to your Privacy Settings (for example, hiding your age, declining invitations to games or groups, etc). If you are certain that you didn't make such changes, it's possible that third parties have accessed your profile. Please change your profile password immediately. The Private Profile feature can't be enabled again, but we have good news: now all necessary settings are available in the Privacy section and they are absolutely free!   • What are the benefits of Invisible mode?
    The Invisible mode feature lets you stay invisible to other users. That means you can visit other users' pages while staying invisible to them. No one will know that you are online (i.e. the «Online» status will not be displayed next to your name).
    Invisible mode is active for a limited time, but even after it expires, all the visits you made to other users' pages while in Invisible mode will remain hidden.
    Please note that Invisible mode does not extend to your comments, marks, or the messages that you send to other users! OK users are always able to see who has left them a message or given them a mark.

    Gifting OKs to a friend is a splendid idea! Your desire can be fulfilled with stylish gift cards for 50 Oks, 100 OKs and the card allowing you to choose the number of OKs. To send a gift card:
    1. visit your friend's profile as a guest;
    2. select ""Gift card"" below their profile picture;
    3. choose a card with the desired amount of OKs;
    4. in the window that shows up, select the desired payment method;
    5. follow the payment instructions.
    As soon as the card is sent, your friend will receive a notification about the gift card and the sender, and the OKs will be immediately added to their profile. Please note that transferring OKs from one profile to another is impossible.

  • What is Automatic Billing? How do I turn it off?
    Automatic Billing is an excellent service for those card owners who don't want to constantly remind themselves that they need to purchase a feature. When making a bank card payment for a feature, you can check the Automatic Billing box; if you do so, the feature will be extended automatically each time it expires, and the necessary amount will be subtracted from your bank account. Convenient, isn't it? How do I disable Automatic Billing? If you checked the box by accident or if you no longer want to use a certain feature on a permanent basis, this is what you will need to do:
    • click Buy OKs under your profile picture;
    • then, select My Paid Features from the gray menu on the left;
    • find the feature you are looking for in the list and uncheck the Automatic Billing box.
    All done! Now the feature will no longer be purchased automatically!

  • Money Transfer
    The website has a Money Transfer function that allows you to transfer money from your bank card to your OK friend's bank card.
    How do I use it? To use this function, go to the «Payments and subscriptions» section, click the «Send Transfer» button and then select the recipient. Enter your bank card information and specify the amount of money to be transferred. All done! The recipient will do the rest.
    What should I know about the transfer?
    Crediting period depends on the recipient's bank. It can take just a couple of minutes or up to several days. So you should not worry if your money is not received immediately.
    Commission
    Commission fees for transfers from Visa cards:
    • from 100 to 75,000 rubles – 1% of the total sum of the transfer, minimum 50 rubles.
    Commission fees for transfers from MasterCard and Maestro cards:
    • from 100 to 75,000 rubles – 20 rubles + 0.6% of the total sum of the transfer.
    Issuing banks may impose additional commissions, conditions or restrictions for transferring money between cards. The recipient is not charged for the transfer.
    Minimum transfer amount
    The minimum transfer amount is 100 rubles.
    The maximum single transfer amount, excluding commission fees, is 75,000 rubles.
    The maximum transfer amount for a single card per day, excluding commission fees, is 100,000 rubles.
    The maximum transfer amount for a single card per month, excluding commission fees, is 500,000 rubles.
    Limitations and commission fees for Kazakhstani cards The minimum transfer amount is 500 tenge. The maximum transfer amount is 50,000 tenge. The day transfer limit is 100,000 tenge. The maximum transfer amount per month is 400,000 tenge. The maximum amount to receive is 400,000 tenge. Transfer service commission in Kazakhstan when transferring from VISA cards: 1.0% + 200 tenge, minimum 600 tenge when transferring from MasterCard cards: 0% until 09.22.2020
    All transfers are made only in Russian rubles or tenge, and deposits to cards in a different currency will be converted at the exchange rate of the bank that issued the recipient's card. You can send a transfer from Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards of banks registered in the Russian Federation or Kazakhstan.
    Money can be transferred to all cards from Russian banks, as well as to MasterCard and Maestro cards of banks registered in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.

  • How can I send OKs to my friend?
    If you have your phone number linked to your profile, you can send a gift of OKs to a friend. To do this:
    1. click the ""Gifts"" tab in the menu to the right of your name;
    2. choose a gift for your friend;
    3. choose a friend you want to give the gift to in the window that shows up;
    4. click ""Add OKs"" and choose the amount of OKs that you want to send as a gift;
    5. click the orange button ""Send a gift"";
    6. after this, you will need to confirm your action by entering a code that have been sent to your number in the special field.
    Please note that OKs will be charged off from your OK account, not from your phone balance. All done! Your friend will get OKs with the gift.

  • Trial period and automatic extension of the «Invisible mode» function
    The user can test out the «Invisible mode» function for free for three days. Further use requires payment. The right to use the function is automatically renewed every 30 calendar days until automatic extension is turned off by the user. Payment for continued use of the function is automatically taken from the user's account balance in the form of OKs. If there are insufficient OKs at the moment of renewal, the user agrees to the automatic addition of an amount of OKs equal to the payment required to use the «Invisible mode» function using the user's bank card at a rate of 1 OK = 1 ruble.

  • Trial period and automatic music subscription renewal
    Access to paid music subscription provides the following options:
    • disabling audio advertisements on all devices with the user’s profile;
    • access to all audio file libraries in the Music section on OK.

    Conditions for access to paid subscription:
    • the first 30 days are free to test the function;
    • the subscription cost will then be 149 rubles, including VAT;
    • every month, automatic subscription will be extended until disabled by the user;
    • on enabling subscription via the full or mobile version of the OK site, for automatic renewal, funds will be withdrawn from the bank card linked to the profile;
    • on enabling subscription via the Android or iOS mobile app, for automatic renewal, funds will be withdrawn via in-app purchases on mobile payments;
    • disabling paid subscription is possible via the full or mobile version, if so enabled. If the subscription was created via the mobile application, it can be disabled via AppStore or Google Play.
