  • Technical problems in the Music section: doesn't open, doesn't play, no sound, a song is stuttering
    To prevent problems with listening to music, you should follow these steps:
    1. Refresh the page by pressing Ctrl+F5 on your keyboard;
    2. make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed. You can download it here;
    3. clear your browser's temporary data (cache). To find out how to do this, go here;
    4. update your browser to the latest version or switch to another browser:
    All done! Now you can open the Music section and turn on you favorite song. If you still have issues, contact the Customer Support Team that will be happy to help you.

  • How do I restore a deleted song?
    Once you have deleted a song from "My music," a "Restore?" message pops up. You can click it to restore the song you just deleted. Note that you can only restore the song while you are still in the "My music" section. Once you leave, all deleted songs will disappear from your list. Use the search box if you would like to find and add the deleted song back to "My Music."

  • Can I download songs from "Music"?
    You can now buy songs you like on the website. You can only buy songs that have a green arrow badge next to them. To buy a song:
    1. click the green arrow badge next to the song you like;
    2. click "Buy" in the window that opens;
    3. the payment instruction window will then open.
    Each song costs 10 ОKs. You can download songs you buy to your computer.

    Creating a music collection is really simple:
    • Go to the "Music" section;
    • Select "My Music" from the menu on the left;
    • The "Create a collection" option will appear below. Click it;
    • Enter the name and click "Add";
    • Select "Add music" if you want to add music from the website;
    • Click the plus icon on the right to add music;
    • Use the search field on the right to look for songs on the website;
    • Click "Upload music" to upload a track from your computer.
    Now the songs are gathered into one convenient collection! Moreover, you can create as many collections as you want with your favorite music from different genres or for different moods.

    We have a wonderful section on the website called "Music history". There you will find all the songs that you've listened to on the website. It's easy to find:
    • Open the "Music" section;
    • Select "My music" from the menu on the left;
    • You will see all your collections, and below them you will find "Music history".
    All done! Now you have your complete history of played songs sorted by date.

  • How do I turn random music playback on and off?
    There is a random playback function on the website. It enables you to play your tracks in a random order. If you want try it out or, on the contrary, accidentally activated it and now want to disable it, just follow these instructions:
    • Select any track from the "Music" section;
    • Look at the top of the music player, where the time slider is displayed;
    • To the right of it is an icon with two wavy arrows crossing each other;
    • If it is bright white, the random playback feature is on. Click the icon to disable it;
    • If the icon is gray, the feature is off. Just click the icon to enable it.

    You can easily change the name of any track in your collection:
    • Open the "Music" section;
    • Select "My music" from the menu on the left;
    • Open the desired collection containing the song;
    • Under the collection's cover, click "Edit";
    • Hover your mouse over the song and click the pencil icon that appears at the end of the line;
    • Enter the new name (you can also change the artist here);
    • Click "Done";
    • After you have made all necessary changes, click "Done" under the collection's cover again.

  • How do I turn the track repeat feature on and off?
    Sometimes you just want to listen to the same song over and over again. And sometimes you accidentally click something and a song gets stuck on repeat until you change it. It's really simple. You just have to turn the repeat feature on or off. To do this:
    • Select any track from the "Music" section;
    • Look at the top of the music player, where the time slider is displayed;
    • To the right of it is an icon with two arrows forming an ellipse;
    • If it is bright white, the repeat feature is on. Click the icon to disable it;
    • If the icon is gray, the feature is off. Just click the icon to enable it.
    Now you can enjoy the music on the website to its fullest!

    We even have notifications in the Music section of the website! The green number on the Music section icon notifies you that a new song was added to one of your saved music collections. The collections that were updated are marked with the green indicator to the right of the album name in the My Music section. The indicator will disappear when you open the updated collection

  • How do I change the cover of a music collection?
    You can certainly change your music album cover! Please note, however, that you can only select a cover image from the list of pictures "built into" the songs included in the album. To change the main photo of your music collection:
    • Open the "Music" section;
    • Select "My Music" from the menu on the left;
    • Open the desired collection (please note that the album must be created by you, not added from another user's profile or catalog);
    • Click "Edit" below the album cover;
    • Now you can simply click the arrows on the cover to choose the picture you like;
    • After that, just click "Done".

    • access to all audio file libraries in the Music section on OK.

    Conditions for access to paid subscription:
    • the first 30 days are free to test the function;
    • the subscription cost will then be 149 rubles, including VAT;
    • every month, automatic subscription will be extended until disabled by the user;
    • on enabling subscription via the full or mobile version of the OK site, for automatic renewal, funds will be withdrawn from the bank card linked to the profile;
    • on enabling subscription via the Android or iOS mobile app, for automatic renewal, funds will be withdrawn via in-app purchases on mobile payments;
    • disabling paid subscription is possible via the full or mobile version, if so enabled. If the subscription was created via the mobile application, it can be disabled via AppStore or Google Play.
