  • Why aren't people immediately moved to the category I list?
    When you indicate that your friend is, for example, your colleague, he or she will be notified. Only after this user has confirmed that you are colleagues will he or she be moved to the corresponding category on your contact list. You will remain just friends if he or she does not confirm the relationship you indicated.

  • I can't add a friend to a category
    Want to specify a girlfriend or colleague, but unable to do so? Don't worry, we might have an idea about what's wrong. Please check:
    • The age specified in your profile and in the other user's profile. You see, a teenage user can't really be a grandmother;
    • The gender specified in your profiles, since a woman can't be a brother;
    • If there is another user specified in that category already. For example, you can only have one mom or dad.
    Don't despair if this didn't solve the issue. Please contact the Customer Support Team, and we will certainly help you with that. Don't forget to attach a link to the profile of the user you are experiencing troubles with. We're confident that everything will be OK!
