~40 Minute Yoga Practice~
~~Int/Adv - Level 2/3~~
We start off a tad slowly but quickly build toward challenging and ecstatic-playtime postures -- from forearm stand to splits to fallen triangle to handstands to deep heart openers and more. The level is somewhere between intermediate and advanced, 2/3. Take it at your pace! You needn't do every single posture to get something from the workout.
In the scheme of things, we move pretty quickly in this class. More beginner-level, slow flow, and luscious, melty classes are on my to-do in 2015!
