The French President Francois Hollande said that he will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Barack Obama to "unite forces," as part of France's war against terrorism, as he delivered a speech to the special congress, Monday, at the Palace of Versailles SOT, Francois Hollande, President of France (French): "We are in a war against the jihadists who threaten the whole world and not only France." SOT, Francois Hollande, President of France (French): "The acts of terrorism on Friday were planned in Syria, organised in Belgium and took place in our territory with French accomplices. Those executors had one goal, to spread the pain so as to to take our freedom and put pressure on us for Middle East." SOT, Francois Hollande, President of France (French): "We face an organisation, like Daesh, which has territorial occupation, financial resources and military capacity. Since the beginning of this year this organisation hit France, Denmark, Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. It makes a massacre every day, against civilians." SOT, Francois Hollande, President of France (French): "The necessity of extracting Daesh is an issue that concerns the whole international community. Security Council. This is why I demand from the Security Council to reunite anew, so as to adopt a resolution noticing the common will against the fight of terrorism."
