Using a pasty cutter or pizza cutter, slice into 0,5-1cm strips. Put them mummies on a baking tray and brush with egg wash if you like to give it more color. Bake in a hot oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Dot on mayo or mustard for the eye.
