El Alcalde, una de las nuevas figuras del reggaeton cubano urbano (Cubaton), es nacido y criado en la barriada de Lawton en la Ciudad de la Habana Cuba. Después de tres años de carrera con la banda Reyes De Calle, el Alcalde se lanza como solista y actor, buscando nuevos horizontes en su carrera artistica. Su primer sencillo, "Enferma" conocido en la barriada como "Culetea", fue seleccionado para hacer su primer vídeo musical en solitario por la aceptación que logra en el publico y en la creciente expansion del mix-tape (mix-flash memory) en el mundo subterráneo de la Cuba 2015. El tema es una muestra del lenguaje juvenil del momento y a su vez un reflejo de las vivencias de parte de los jóvenes cubanos y su realidad social Bajo la producción musical de Dj Cupido y la dirección de Tony Hdez, el Alcalde les invita a disfrutar del "Culeteo".
