"Stardust (Polvere di stelle)" è uno degli standards americani più popolari al mondo. Composto nel 1927 da Hoagy Carmichael, con parti di testo aggiunte nel 1929 da Mitchell Parish, il brano è stato interpretato dai più grandi e famosi cantanti, anche se forse la versione più ricordata è quella di Nat King Cole, registrata nel 1957 nell'album "Love Is the Thing". Ancora oggi gran parte della critica la considera una delle più belle e famose canzoni mai scritte. La versione di Mina è del 1991 ed è tratta da "Caterpillar".
