The most tear-jerking scene imaginable. It is a poor puppy here in China. I guess it injured it's lower spine. It's dragging itself around by his front paws. For your information, there are stray dogs EVERYWHERE here in China. I know its sad but this is a daily occurrence. These dogs often have diseases and are aggressive towards people. It is unwise to help one, and if you do then what will you do about the hundreds of other dogs you'll see?
