This kickstarted the 4th series of the sitcom, which was getting huge viewing figures at that time and was first broadcast on January 31st 1993. And this episode features a number of classic moments involving a telephone that isn't, a crab that definitely IS and a flower pot. Those who have seen the series will know what I'm on about.
