Hello Ladies and Gents, We are XEO Projects, and we are currently producing a fan made motion manga video web series of the dystopian Manga, DOGS: Bullets & Carnage by Shirow Miwa. We define Motion Manga as comic book panels sliding across one another, almost as if they were animated, complete with a full auditory experience as a means of bringing the manga to life. Think of it as a hybrid manga to anime. If you are unfamiliar with DOGS, here is a short premise: Dogs is set in a dystopic European city where violence, crime, genetic manipulation and other scientific brutalities have become common. The story focuses on four antihero protagonists who, through a series of coincidences, meet as they search for a way "below", looking for answers to their individual pasts.
