Jo, Mary and Celia are three young flatmates who amid the squabbles of trying to occupy the one bathroom their block has ponder about life, boys and sex. While Celia has no trouble attracting men, Jo is eager to experience it all, but worries about her weight. Meanwhile, Mary seems reluctant to express her sexuality and uncomfortable in her own skin, but as the trio prepare to go out clubbing, is there a reason behind it all?
Starring Nicola Sanderson (no, not that one), Charlotte Coleman, Beth Goddard, Shaun Dingwall and Robin Pirongs, this was broadcast on August 31st 1994 as part of another anthology series called Stages. While this was early screen outings for both Beth Goddard and Nicola Sanderson, Charlotte Coleman was already well known as this aired about the same time as the success of the film Four Weddings and a Funeral (which also starred John Hannah, coincidentally), as well as having been a child star in Worzel Gummidge. She is superb here, as is Nicola Sanderson, who steals the show in a brave role in only her 2nd screen appearance. I think this is another from Mick's Nostalgia Channel and as it is from a video recording, apologies in advance for any glitches there may be. Please also note that this contains swearing and nudity.
