Look at this beauty! The kaleidoscope quilt is done. I enjoyed how this came together, and another quilt to be gifted this holiday season!
The pattern, by Donna Jordan, is free to download and available on the @jordanfabrics8380 website! Their video tutorial was so helpful in making the quilt from start to finish.
Fabric for the hexagon kaleidoscope blocks and backing is called Japanese Chrysanthemum in Blush @kaffefassettstudio1037 Collective for @freespiritfabrics5457
For the borders, on the first border: “Lower the Volume” Circles in White by @BlankQuiltingCorp . Border two: Stof Christmas - Melange solid red by @stoffabrics. The binding is Kona Cotton Solid Black by @robertkaufman.
To accent the first border, the quilting is a variation of circular swirls. The quilting is by Sonya from my local quilt shop @callalilyquilts4605.
Such a fun quilt to make, and I love the concept of using a before-and-after with the fabric on the backing that was used to create the pattern on the front.
