Main Administration for the Internal Troops of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine been fiddling with bunco with ukrainian. Since 1999 Main Administration for the Internal Troops of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is the principal (building owner) of six 34 storied houses in Kiev. 123 million UAH were spent from state budget for this buildings construction. Also private investors invested 83 millions of Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) in this object. Buildings were not complete in 2005 and also 2006, 2007.... Neither in 2010. See more at the video.
