This winter, Delay In Block Productions is releasing our first ever DVD movie, called "Berkshires". The movie will be nearly two hours long, featuring 2-8-4 Berkshires 765 and 1225. The movie will include cab footage, interviews, pace scenes, and more! This is a preview of the 1225 side of the film, showing the mighty lady in all her glory, traversing through the thick mid-Michigan snow.
The Whistle Shop of Waterford, Michigan hired us to film a commercial for them, promoting their custom made, replica whistles. In this promo, Jason Aurand, owner of the Whistle Shop, tests a exact replica of Norfolk & Western 611's whistle on the 1225. For every replica sold of 611's whistle, Jason is donating a percentage of the revenue to the Fire Up 611 group to help raise funds for the locomotive's restoration. Please excuse the advertisements. Through the Google Adsense program, the advertisements help me pay for the trips I take to capture the trains. For those interested in my equipment, I use a Sony Handycam HDR-160 to film the trains with.
